Ryanair flight booked but now can't travel

I've booked 2 flights with Ryanair but now we can't travel due to other commitments.

Are we entitled to any part of the ticket price in a refund, maybe the taxes even?

Or can I change the flight details for the 2 flights to get just another flight elsewhere?

Any idea what our options are?

If you don't fly, you can claim the tax back but there's a €40 per person administration charge and some other bureaucratic loophole that makes it not worth bothering. I'm not sure about changing your flights, sorry.
