Ryanair check-in baggage,flight booked already

We are flying from Shannon to luton and on to Reus next month,I booked this several months ago. Do the new baggage charges apply to pre-booked flights ?, I have checked the ryanair website and its not clear if this is the case or not
 
Don't know but if I were a bettin' man meself .... my bet would be on Ryanair charging! :)
 
THIS NEW CHECKED BAGGAGE POLICY APPLIES ONLY TO NEW BOOKINGS MADE FROM THE 16TH MARCH 2006 ONWARDS
If you go to the Fair deals on baggage link on the main page (under the offer box) you'll see all the conditions. I travelled with them this week but had booked before 16 March and no charges were applied.
