I am sorry if i am exhausting this issue but has anyone had any problem recieving a refund for the Ash cloud cancelled flights. I am still waiting on a refund for rebboking a flight when my flight was cancelled. Ryanair charged me for change of flight, web check in fees, handling charges etc to the value of €135.00. They asked me to send reciepts which the only receipt is my old itinirery from origional flight and the rebooked flight itiniery and a copy of payment on my credit card. I feel that they are hoping i will give up and not persue this claim and being ryanair they do not make it easy to correspond. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
