Planning to build a dormer bungalow (circa 2000sq ft) on family land in Kerry. It will eventually become family home but in the meantime will be a combination of "work from home" and holidays.
Aside from mortgage repayments, I would welcome estimates of annual running costs?
Likely to be occupied 15-20 weeks pa initially.
Standard systems (possibly using solar panels for water?)
