Does anyone know how to rectify this?

They were fine initially but now leave fingermarks all over dishes.

I have never seen this happening here or hearing Mrs joer having problems with them leaving finger marks

It happens sometimes. Either you're using very hot water, leaving them lying in direct sunlight, or there's something in the water or detergent breaking them down.
Buy a pair of silicon gloves and see how they go.

If you've used the gloves with bleach they may have been damaged by it and so are starting to deteriorate.

They actually look like fun!
The idea of silicon is it can withstand much higher temperatures than latex. You could also try PVC gloves. Much more resistant against chemical breakdown. Should also be easy enough to get.
