This morning when discussing the perk of having Ministerial cars to bring the wife shopping / drop the kids to school / work etc Ruari Quinn was asked if they paid BIK on these cars and proud as you like he says " Oh no, they are just park of the overall package" - isn't that same for the rest of us gillys that pay 30% for our cars or 42% + RSI if we take the allowance instead?

And this is a former Minister or Finance!
