RTSO & Form 11 return for a PAYE worker

I avail of a share purchase scheme provided by my employer whereby we receive shares at a discount to the market value. I have paid my RTSO monies due on this all along (over a number of years participating).

The RTSO payments automatically triggered registration under IT and as a result I should make a separate form 11 return for all the years in question.

I have never submitted any Form 11's. I am now going to try and get my Form 11 in place for 2007 and 2006 as I have most of the relevant information to hand.

As regards prior years (i.e before 2006), could I get in trouble for not submitting a return even though I have no liability?

 
If your tax affairs were otherwise up to date then I doubt that you will have any problem with not having filed a Form 11 return in previous years.
