RTE on SKY TV

We have moved house and had sky TV installed in the new property yesterday. The Irish Channels, RTE 1, RTE 2, TV3 are not on it, and we have BBC London, rather than BBC Northern Ireland. Also the channels that we previously had to add to other channels as free to view, ie BBC 3 BBC 4, ITV 2 etc are all now available on the regular menu.

Anyone come across this before ? does any one have the frequencies for the Irish Channels so we can add them in ?

Sounds like you got a UK viewing card. Contact Sky or your installer if it wasn't installed via Sky.
 
we got sky in our new house in feb, the english set up was on it as well but after a few hours/over night the channels sorted themselves out, and rte 1 etc came online, i think all the viewing cards come set up in the uk version, but when skt activate the a/c it changes to ireland. i may be correct by someone else, but this may happen for u this way....
 
yes scuby thats what happened... the irish channels came on stream over night...
