Better than the independent or as it's now known as the blogger dependent. The amount of stories whipped from blog sites is sickening. They even take credit for the articles they plagiarise

I don't read the Independent that often - but I don't imagine the articles are this bad
 
As an Indo reader myself, I find their standards of journalism to be quite good, certainly as good as the Irish Times, and in general, streets ahead of RTE radio news and rte.ie news.

I cannot comment on the allegation that they plagiarise content from blogs but in general the same stories appear in all the broadsheet newspapers, so I would reckon that one and all are equally guilty or innocent on that charge.
