RTE Guide holidays

Anyone ever go on one of the holidays advetised in the RTE Guide from The Travel Department? Am looking at one to Rome/Pompeii/Capri and was wondering if anyone has experience of this company, good to deal with? How did it go? Were reps ok etc. Thanks in advance.

The company have been mentioned several times in various threads here (a search will locate them for you). I travelled to Italy with them last April (Venice/Verona/Lake Garda) - be prepared for a lot of travelling with not a lot of sightseeing time (e.g. 5+ hours travelling with less than 4 hours in Venice to include lunch), early mornings and hotels which may not be as glamorous as they appear to be from the description.
