RTÉ1, RTÉ2 and Today FM tranmission problems today 5/April/2010

In the South West and have no signal for RTÉ1, RTÉ2 and Today FM today Easter Monday 5/April/2010.

There is nothing about it on the RTÉ website. Does anyone know what the problem is?

Did I read a while back that the free to air analogue signal is to be stopped sometime this year?

Its back since about 12noon. So I just stayed listening to Newstalk!

Hi ong, I dont think the announcement related to radio signals but it just struck me that if I really wanted to listen to RTE this am I could have done so via chorus or the internet.

Does anyone know whether RTE have a place on their website where they notify and apologise for outages like this?
