Tenants moved in on 3/1/2022. No rent increase since then. Rent considerably below market rate. They are moving out and I want to calculate a new rent for the next tenants.
Can I use the RPZ calculator on the RTB website or do I have to try and work out the maximum rent allowable using 2%, which seems to be quite a lot less than the figure the RPZ calculator gives?
