That's for 1 bed apartments is ig not?. And Daft figures are for the county not the Town?
RTP statistics are available by electoral area, and should be a bigger sample size than New rentals advertised on Daft.

Sorry yes for 1-bed apartments, and indeed figures for the county they are not more granular than that.

CSO seem to host it now here. It's telling me that two-bed apartments in the New Ross electoral area were registered for €859 on average in Q4 of 2022 (last observation).
