Last autumn I was told I was being made redundant at the end of Nov. I raised some issues regarding my pension and heard nothing until early Feb when I received an RP50 (I was paid as normal even though I was on garden leave). When I checked the RP50 it had wrong dates on it as well as incorrect Minimum Notice as per length of service. I returned it 2 weeks ago pointing out the errors and asking did they wish to revise it. I've had no response (verbal communication ended early Nov) to date and my termination date as per the RP50 that was issued is next week. Anybody any idea on what the situation is?
