Hi, I noticed recently that this pub has closed. Does anyone know what's going up instead? I had been following the application for planning permission for apartments/restaurant/pub/retail unit and thought that it had been refused. Does anyone know what's happening now? Thanks.

Proposed development: Demolish existing licensed premises and construct a mixed development comprising two four-storey buildings over basement car-park to consist of 76 spaces, 51 apartments and ground floor accommodation comprising one retail unit, a restaurant, public house, ancillary accommodation, 13 ground level parking spaces, landscaping and associated site works.
