Hi all - we're looking into extending onto the side of our house in Dublin (2 storey, 600sq ft extension).
I know it's a VERY general question, but trying to get an idea of rough numbers, even to the nearest few grand to get the site cleared and the foundations in. I fully appreciate a lot of the detail depends on the plans, and the type of ground, but like I say just a very rough price guide.
The site would be about 15ft * 25ft and would be attached to our current house, in what is at present, part of the garden.
I appreciate it's vague, but any rough ideas?
