Rotating scanned image several degrees

I have a scanned image which is slightly rotated (not true horizontal) which I want to place in a report.

Unfortunately I'm unable to scan the image again.

Is there any way I can rotate the image slightly to make it horizontal?

I know in MS-Paint it's possible to rotate images by 90 or 180 degrees, but I only want to rotate this image by about 10 or 20 degrees.

Hi,

Picassa (free download) would be able to "straighten" it.

Option is under "Commonly needed fixes" -> "Straighten" when editing the photo itself.. I am using Picassa 3.9.0

Assuming you are using a Windows PC, you can use any of the free image manipulation software like gimp or some of the free photoshop stuff, or some of the free online tools like http://pixlr.com/editor/
