Roseville Bettystown

Does anyone have any info on this estate or about the Bettystown New town centre that seems to being built across from it?

Roseville is looking very impressive.Infact what i heard from the selling agent that many houses are sold before the launch.Surrounding area is good and quite.I live in the area and 4 bedroom houses are around 460k+. Once the new town centre is up and running ,i think property prices in the area will appreciate.

I noticed there is a lot of building work in the immediate vicinity but couldn't see any notices up... Can you shed any light?

Are you refering to the Construction behind the New town centre Hotel? If yes, then it is the 2nd phase of the town centre apartment construction. We have heard that there will be Tesco coming up there soon.
