rose care

Can anybody recomend a safe way to treat roses with greenfly/mildew/blaakspot without resorting to chemicals. I have a young child that loves been in the garden pulling down the roses!!!!thank u!!

I would suggest for greenfly squish them with your fingers ... or blast them with the hose at high pressure.
For blackspot remove any leaves and branches that have blackspot to prevent it spreading. Don't let any branches overlap ... the secret is to have air circulating to help prevent the disease getting hold. Finally feed the roses really well, well fed roses are better able to fight off diseases.

use a mixture of washingup liquid and water well diluted for the greenfly !!
