Roof Vent Pipe Cover

My kitchen extractor fan is vented out through the roof. I've noticed that there is no cover on the vent pipe on the roof to prevent rain entering the pipe. Does anyone have advice on the type of rain cover I should put on the pipe end on the roof?

I presume it's venting vertically and in the place of a tile or slate? You'll need something like this for tiles, or this for a slate roof.

What @Leo suggests is what we have (after a reno last year). We have the version that looks like the tile version on a slate roof, works perfectly...two of them, one for kitchen extractor and one for bathroom extractor.

Thanks Leo and Myate. The vent pipes on my roof are 110mm diameter and one of them extends above the roof surface by about 6" and the other by about 9". I didn't buy the one you guys suggest because the pipes would have to cut. I have a photo I was going to attach but I see that the option to attach photo's is no longer here. They are mushroom shaped and simply slot over the pipe ends.
