I am in process of putting specifications around cavity wall and roof
It looks like I will go kingspan all the way - no other reason other than what I hear and repuation.
not particularly worried about BER rating but want to do the insulation well regardless. It will be a standard cavity block wall
poutting 50mm K7 in the vacity with external walls insulated with k17 @ 42.5mm.
Floor - 110mm K3 9to suit UFH)
the roof is where I get a little confused and the requirements for insualtion of warm pitched roofs (which is a given) and cold pitched roof where I would intend to have a insulated flat ceiling.
can anyone provide advice experience on either insualtion of the flat ceiling and the cold pitched roof - seems to me like a waste of money insualting the pitched roof here
