A few buddies of mine turned a super profit on there investment in one year .Im intereste in the area for land or a commercial building, any advice...any deals to be had 2m plus
 
Loads of deals to be had over 2m. I have a couple of sites/premises myself for sale if that's what you are offering! :D

Seriously,though, if 'a couple of buddies' got rich over night out here then they are in the VERY small minority and with your gung-ho attitude, trust me, you won't be following in their steps!;)

Everyone who owns a barbeque just loves a lamb to the slaughter....

The wording of your original post is not conducive to eliciting lots of helpful advice on this site. Why don't you post some details of your friends' investment in Romania and see if anyone here offers up some advice based on that? What do you expect to get for your 2m? what area are you interested in - coastal or capital? Residential or commercial?

I agree with Slim. I'd love to know the details of where your buddies made a killing. I'm out here in Romania, speak the language, have a little cash to spare, car under bum and willing to travel so maybe you could put me on to a good thing, huh?
