Hi all.

Has anyone any experience with dealing with the above kitchen company from the UK?

My brother-in-law bought his kithchen from one of their reps about 3 weeks ago. It was delivered last week and there was no granite worktop or fridge delivered and some of the fittings are either missing or broken.
All appliances, worktop and units were bought as part of a package.
He has tried phoning the irish rep and the company number in the UK but all numbers have a message saying number is no longer in use.

Just curious if anyone else has delt with them.

did he pay for everything up front before delivery?

He paid a 200 euro deposit to the irish rep when he ordered and paid the balance on delivery. He did hold back 800 euro because of missing fridge and granite.

No first-hand knowledge, but a quick internet search brings up the following link (amongst others) [broken link removed]

which indicates that all might not be well with this operation as they are not registered with the Companies Office in the UK and UK Trading Standards have prosecutions pending against 4 of the directors of the original company which was simply called "Kitchens".
