Robotic Offensive Security - Car Security

I've just become aware of "Robotic Offensive Security" for cars and I was wondering, is this widely available and being used regularly in Ireland ?

If there are people using it from here, whats your experience of the product like, where did you get it installed, was it very expensive etc ?
