Roaming dialup service?

Hi, Can anyone recommend a roaming dialup service provider (ie one which provides access numbers for all countries)? I particularly want one which charges no monthly fee, just for time you use.

BT used to offer one in Ireland, but I'm not sure if its still available. No set fee, just dial up rates and most countries usually had a local rate number which really did save a fortune. Migth be worth contacting them to see if they still offer it here in Ireland.

They have a service in the UK called Teleworker which is similar to that

Within Ireland you could use any of [broken link removed] "free" (call charges apply) dialup ISPs. Otherwise anything useful ?

iPass certainly used to be considered the market leader in roaming, I notice that they also do WiFi access globally now as well.

I know there are providers which do not, just can't find them. I also need global service.
