I paid a deposit on a section 23 apartment in riverview tullow in November 2005. As of yet I have not received any contracts but the estate agent assures me everything is ok. Does anyone know if there is a problem with this development or is anyone experiencing the same problems? Am I the only person who knows about this development? It’s in Tullow Co.Carlow and has been built by Barrow Property Developments. It’s been complete since September last year and still empty. Does anyone know anything about the development or the developer?
