Yes title sounds bad, but check out these two sites, ones contact address is in Dublin and the other in US somewhere, they are they same except for the massive difference in prices,and the Irish one seems to be charging in dollars for some reason?

Yeah I just took a look there. Personally - I would be very, very wary of both of these retailers.
If you are looking for a budget wedding dress from the US, I can recommend www.bridesave.com or www.rkbridal.com - both of which have delivered to many Irish brides with no hassle and are highly commended on www.weddingsonline.ie - which is Ireland's largest bridal website.
If you are simply looking for a budget wedding dress, your best bet is to purchase on Ebay from either a second hand seller or a shop. You can really bag yourself a bargain.
