Ringfort How long till final loan approval?

Can anyone help. We have been offered a house in ringfort, we like it alot and would like to put our name down for the house.The thing is what happens now? we are meeting one of the lads in fingal next week to pay booking fee and bring in all forms and statement and all.But when do we actually get final approval (in terms of weeks)? Will it be dragged out?

firstly congrats on selecting your property in Ringfort. When you bring in your deposit, bank statements etc, Fingal goes through them with you etc then they are sent to accounts section for approval. If they need any further documentation they will contact you. Going through the experience myself it took approximately 10 days before they notified me of approval.

Just in relation to the above, what did they approve you for in ten days? As in was it shared ownership or do you mean the house?
