I understand that your from Rush but I do think you will regret not buying in Ringfort. Really its about 15 mins from rush so no hassle, I've spoken with the council who told me they have nothing in rush in the foreseeable future. Also they say Ringfort will be the last houses they do for a long while, it will mainly be apartments here on in.
