So we were there one day looking to buy a dinning table. The sale man was in the far corner watching football. I wanted to ask some question about the chairs etc so I said to him - do you mind coming over as I have some questions. He replied saying, if you want to ask me anything, you come over to me. Needless to say we walked out. I thought its not good for the owner that he lost business due to an ignorant salesperson, so I called their offices and asked for the owner, explained him the above. He said he will call me back after speaking to the salesperson but he never did.
BTW - I'd already put deposit on other furniture a month prior to that. I wanted to cancel my order due to their attitude but they didn't let me.
