My husband owned this house before i married him and he has two adult children one married the other one living with us. My name is not on the deed of the house but if he was to pass away , do i have full title to the deed or only half of the house.

It partly depends on what is in your husband's will. He could leave you all his property or nothing or anything in between.
But if you weren't happy with what he left you you could make a claim under the succession act and you would be entitled to the spouses legal right share i.e. one half of his estate if you don't have children and one third if you do. The amount your are entitled to can be used to allow you to claim the house or a share of it.
To be honest - where there are children of an earlier marriage and assets in a sole name you really should discuss the matter between you and then get good legal advice to put the right arrangments in place.
Good luck
