Right to replacement laptop

I have a relatively new laptop which I have had trouble turning on over the last few months. I took it back in August and they cleared everything and it worked for a while. In October I took it back again and they replaced the "motor board". Now 3 days lafter getting it back, it's not working again. It's still under warranty. I'm sick of it now so does anybody know if I have any rights as regards demanding a brand new laptop as opposed to sending it back for repair again? At the moment, I can't even turn it on.
