I wonder if anyone could advise us here.
We are looking at buying a house and there is an unused right of way at the end of the garden to a bungalow. The current owner of the bungalow uses a different entrance at the moment to another road.
Does anyone know if the owner of the bungalow has the right to build an entrance (pillars etc) and hardcore lane over the right of way? Or is it just that they are allowed walk/drive over this land?
