About to buy appt in complex and wonder if all the problems listed on forum in 2006 have settled down (broken windows from locals, floods, dodgy roofs etc)
Grateful if those of you who bought in 06 and still out there could advise, or newer owners?
I have just bought apartment in Ridge Hall... paid booking deposit. Need to know if it is noisy? ie: are there a lot of parties at night etc. And are they mostly owner occupied or rented?
