While recently in USA, I used my Revolut card to pay for my hotel stay, this was without issue. However the hotel charged a refundable deposit of $150 to same card, which they say was put back onto my card on checkout date 14th April. Revolut say the merchant (Hotel?) reverted the charge.... Hotel say Revolut reverted the charge..... I'm stuck in the middle out of pocket still Getting nowhere fast.... Spent hours this week doing live chat, no further on. BTW card was preloaded with funds. Any helpful advice?
