When I try to access the help section of the app I just get this and no content ever appears:
My passport expired last year, I never got around to renewing it and renewals are suspended in level 5 so is there any way that I'm going to be able to validate my identity/account in the meantime?

Yes I've restarted things to no avail.
I only tried using the app yesterday and it doesn't work.
I think I'll give up on it - too much hassle.
And that's even without dealing with the id verification issue.

In fact I terminated and restarted the app again just now and then when I ran it again and entered my PIN it said "email verification failed - try again later" but let me in.
Seems to me that the app is simply flakey.
