R RedOnion Frequent Poster Messages 7,272 5 Dec 2017 #2 Yes it is. With the change in Budget 2016, you are only charged stamp duty on ATM transactions. Revolut have implemented this by deducting 12c from you account each time you use an ATM. Just don't use it at ATMs in Ireland.
