Has anyone ever heard of this. After three years and a judge ordering my sister to withdraw the caveat she lodge to prevent my mothers will being probated in the first place and having a grant issued 2 months ago my sisters solicitors has just written say they are applying to the supreme court for costs (as costs were award against her first time round) and that are applying for two more orders,one to have the will condemned and another one to have the grant of probate revoked??? Has anyone else ever heard of this ?
