Reversing a sliding patio door

I just got a sliding patio door installed but I relaise that it is sliding from the wrong side. It is sliding from left to right.

Do someone know if the door can be reversed?

I can supply pictures if that wouls help.

Why not ask the company who installed it? Surely if you feel it is sliding from the wrong side, this is an issue the company should have spotted in their assessment of your house (unless you specifically asked for it to be this way).

My own sliding door in the porch slides from left to right which suits our front door as it opens from left to right into the hall.

1. is it a new door?
2. aluminium or pvc?
3. is the sliding part on the outside or inside?

The door is brand new.

It is pvc.

The sliding part is on the outside.

The sliding direction of the door was left to another member of the house but it is agreed by family members it should have been sliding the other way.
