Has anyone tried calling the revenue line lately (1890 333425), the message just says they are busy with a high volume of calls so tough luck (well not exacly but words to that effect). This seems ridiculous that you can't get a query answered.
 
Hang up and try again. You may have to wait 8-10mins but you do get talking to someone eventually.
 
I tried calling them around half a dozen times the other day and got the same crap. There's no option to go on hold.
 
The 8 - 10 mins option doesn't work, I've been trying all day, it is like the phones are just switched off. It wasn't always like this, I haven't had problems getting through in the past.

It took them 5 weeks to reply to a query which I had emailed to them earlier this year. From their own phone message "if you are calling about your correspondance with us, please be aware that the average waiting time is 6-8 weeks."
