I was in Barcelona just over a week ago and we flew into Girona. You can grab the coach into Barcelona and it took us an hour. The ticket desk is located just beside where you collect your bags and the bus was directly outside the exit door. I've not flown into Reus so I can't say if Girona is better but I will say that we had no problems at all flying into Girona. Enjoy Barcelona it's a a beautiful city.
