Some advice needed,
And my apologies if these are simpleton questions that I’ve ask here
I’ve been out of the workplace for more than two years now and has been asked to return to multinational role as a contractor, working through an agency company. That company wants me to work through a company called contractor Plus will manage my tax obligations. I can either go with being a PAYE employee or a director in a company that they set up which appears to be above board, and I manage my expenses mileage et cetera through the site.
Has anyone any feedback on
A this company contractor plus?
B this type of set up - basically I’m working 20 hours per week “at” the US multinational through a few layers.
I’ve never been self employed but maybe it’s not a bad idea if I can offset expenses, such as car use to get there and back for example -which I’m not sure could..
Thanks
