Return of faulty goods without packaging

Hi,

I'm wondering where i stand ?
I purchased an exercise bike over internet.
Assembled the bike and get rid of packaging.
One of the sensors on the bike is faulty and would prefer a refund.
Will there be an issue as i dont have all the packaging when it is collected.

For get the issue fixed then it's not an issue.

Under what grounds are you claiming for a refund ?

Your entitlements under law are repair, replacement or refund. Generally, it's up to the vendor to choose which of the three options to offer.
