Return Electric Blanket to ARGOs

A Chairde,


Have an electric blanket since sept. 2008, and stopped working a while back.
I found receipt yesterday, and was wondering if I can bring it back to ARGOs to get a replacement / refund ???

My only worry is the fact its 17 months old now.

Manufacturer guarantee is 3 years.

Yes is the answer.
 
Before you go back check out their on-line reservation system to ensure which branch has the replacement in stock. You might well have to choose a new model and they usually don't have a problem with upgrading and paying the difference.

Brought blanket back, they were discontinued ....


Receipt had a date of one year from purchase for returns, this was out by a month. 3 year guarantee was from manufacturer

They gave me a gift token to value of blanket instead, so am happy enough.

Thats good at least you can get a new blanket with the voucher :)
