Retro fit of seat belt

Can anyone tell me is it possible to retrofit a 3 point seatbelt to the middle rear seat in a 2000 Honda CRV (currently just a lap belt)?

Our youngest is getting too big for his carseat which, incidently was the only one on the market suitable for use with a lap belt.

The Britax Eclipse carseat works with a 3 point belt or lap belt only, bought one in Mothercare for about €150 a couple of years ago.
