Retirement from HSE through ill health.

I just turned 60 And have 31 years service with HSE. My job can be stressful and at times physically challenging. If I retire on health grounds would I be entitled to full pension with years added due to illness.

I think you are asking if you would be entitled to added years if you met the criteria for ill-health retirement? If so, I don't thing so. You are a pre-2004 entrant with a normal (minimum) retirement age of 60 and you already have 31 years actual service. I think added years would only be a consideration if you were below minimum retirement age and/or you had less than 20 years actual service.
