Retention advice

Hi
I have a take away for past 14 years and am about to sell building to client already in situ.
Their Solictors have noticed in our planning permission it’s not allowed.
Would retention permission be a big problem at this stage this has me worried sick as all other complience are done .
 
Impossible for us to say really, as each case will be judged on its own merit. Speak to someone familiar with planning applications in your area.
 
Retention required and the established use will help it.
it could come down to local objections.

fire safety cert may also be required.
