restuarants in Carrick on Shannon for hen - any suggestions?

Looking for a reasonably priced restaurant to go to for my sister's hen, preferably Italian. Can't find anything online. Thanks

Here is an Italian in Carrick Vittos www.vittosrestaurant.com . I have never eaten here. A good place not Italian that I have eaten in is the Oarsman pub and restaurant. It is very good but a little pricey.

I know the Oarsman and you're right it is good but a bit too pricey for a hen and I looked up Vitto's and for a group booking it's €35 a head for food only - again a bit pricey. Was looking for around the €20 a head mark.
