Restaurants? - Back Bay Area Boston

Hiya,

Off to Boston tomorrow for the week and am looking for some recommendations for places to eat. Have had a quick scout around old posts but cant find anything.

We will arrive bout 6pm tomorrow and just want somewhere close & nice to eat. Will go exploring on saturday.

Any suggestions greatful - also if anyone has any must do's in boston can you let me know.

Was there last paddys day so most of it a blur not so sure about the back bay

Good fish place to eat Legal Sea Foods all over Boston

Also a restaurant downtown where JFK's booth is cant think of the name

There are 2 cheers bars for the tourists but hey when in Rome...

food emporium in the Prudential Center for lunch

Also good shops around there as that is where we stayed

Do the Duck tour not sure if it still runs in September

There is an outlet store Wrentham Village and Filene's basement outlet store is much better

Not as lively as NY but there are things to do check out the Boston Visitors Site

Charles Street has a few interesting Bohemian type cafe/restaurant places to eat. Also the Sevens bar where they specialise in a Smithwicks type beer with Guinness head!
 
There is a sports bar in the Marriott (ground floor). Manager is called Declan - an Irish guy from Malahide. Always keen to look after his cousins.
