Resizing windows on XP

I have an application that runs no problem, but I can only view it at max size. When I minimise it drops to the taskbar, no problem, but I cannot resize to a size in between, so I cant view this screen alongside another. I know its something simple, any ideas?

While the application is maximised, can you right click the program on the taskbar and select "Restore"??

Otherwise, I have seen some applications that can only be run while Maximised.

Actually I just figured it out, the window was at the inbetween size, but it was way off the screen, right clicking the icon and selecting move, but using the arrow screens brought it into view
